A beautifully landscaped, spacious garden is the centrepiece of this high-quality villa on Mallorca, which scores highly in terms of design and furnishings. Tiled areas, lawns and pretty paths characterise the grounds, paired with a wonderful splendour of Mediterranean plants. Outdoor chill-out fans will get their money's worth here: covered and open-air terrace areas, an area covered with awnings, a chill-out lounge and, last but not least, of course, the beautiful sunbathing areas by the pool invite you to move your holiday life completely outdoors during the day and stroll from one favourite spot to the next. What you should always have with you is the right drink to sip from time to time. There are also excellent culinary options outside. Two different barbecues and a pizza oven invite you to enjoy hearty outings in your own realm. Swimming enthusiasts will be delighted by the impressive dimensions of the pool, which also has a practical outdoor shower.

From the covered terrace, several floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly into various areas of the house. The standard is consistently maintained in the interior and also extends to all outdoor areas. Light-coloured floors, walls, ceilings and fabrics as well as carefully selected, stylish accessories that effectively spice up the ambience characterise the living flair. The combined living and dining room is a great place to spend time with your fellow travellers and still be able to pursue various activities. Next door is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which also has an exit to the terrace. Three beautiful double bedrooms provide wonderful islands of peace for restful holiday nights. Three shower bathrooms, two of which are en suite, round off the spaciousness of this Mallorca villa, which we recommend to anyone for whom proximity to the sea and superior comfort are at the top of their holiday wish list.

The exclusive Villa Casa Pi is located in a south-facing position in the Vallgonera urbanisation near the pretty coastal town of Cala Pí. The absolute highlight: you can walk to the sea from your accommodation. Supermarkets and restaurants are also not far away. Thanks to its location on a quiet road, you can reach various destinations in no time at all. The crystal-clear, azure-blue bay of Playa de Cala Pí lets you forget the stress of everyday life.
