On the opposite side of the house, another large terrace area offers the opportunity to sit under the open sky or use the wonderful facilities of the outdoor kitchen to prepare and enjoy your holiday delicacies outdoors.

Right next to the terrace is a cosy, partially brick-built living area with comfortable sofas, a TV and a cosy fireplace. A few steps lead to the traditionally laid floor with natural pebbles around the old, originally illuminated millstone, which is a witness to the history of the house and an extraordinary eye-catcher. You can do your daily shopping in the village. The inviting Platja de Port de Pollença beach is around 11 km away and the popular town of Alcúdia can be reached in just over 20 minutes by car.
