Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and well-equipped home designed with relaxation in mind. The open living space and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to enjoy meals and time together after a day of exploring. Two cozy bedrooms provide restful nights, so you’ll be refreshed and ready for the next day’s adventures. Plus, the fun game room offers entertainment for family and friends, making it easy to create lasting memories indoors.

For Sale: This property is currently listed for sale, and guest bookings are limited to stays with check-out dates within the next 90 days.
Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.
No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.
Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.
Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.
Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was excellent and very detailed. I was actually impressed with how clean the property was when we arrived. We traveled with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us here. We loved the outdoor space and pool and spent a great deal of time out there. The location was excellent and close to just about everything. If we return to the area in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Just a couple things that could be done to improve the experience. You have kayaks, and fishing gear on site, but no bicycles. It would be nice id there were a couple bikes available for use by renters.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We paid for the pool heater ahead of time and it was on and pleasantly warm during our stay. iTrip was a great host and on point with communication and any needs we had.The home was bright, sunny and welcoming and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Key Colony Beach is a great place to stay and we loved the quiet neighborhood. It was a great location with Sunset Beach just around the corner!10/10 would stay here again!

When we arrived the freezer didn’t work because it was left open and iced over, silverware was dirty and had to be re-washed but our biggest issue was that the pool was ice cold and the listing said it was heated! We were never told about a 35.00 a day fee for heating the pool until we arrived! 2 days later a nice young man spent 90 minutes removing all the ice from the freezer. We have stayed at VRBO’s several times but lack of communication made this visit VERY disappointing! We rented this property because of the heated pool. And we rented for 2 weeks, we were given a one day refund but the pool was the big issue, we did not pay the extra fee only because of false advertising! Terrible Communications!
