Please note that the elevator is considered an added amenity and is not essential to the use of the property. While every effort is made to ensure the elevator is in proper working order, mechanical issues can occur without warning. In the event the elevator becomes inoperable before or during your stay, we will make reasonable efforts to have it repaired as quickly as possible. However, repair times are dependent on the availability of specialized elevator service technicians and parts. No refunds, rent reductions, or other compensation will be provided due to the temporary unavailability of the private elevator. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
