Our house is located 20 minutes from Avignon, Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from l'isle sur la Sorgue, and a little further 30 minutes
the gates of the Luberon (Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux,...).
Single storey house (118 m2) on a plot of 800 m2 with secure swimming pool, summer kitchen (pizza oven, plancha), garden and terrace,.....
A mulberry plane tree will shade you for a nap in the hammock or on the deckchairs.
The house consists of a large air-conditioned living room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace and the garden.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room (shower and sink), and a bathroom with bathtub. The corridor leading to the bedrooms is air-conditioned.
Possibility of charging the electric car at a fast charging station at a rate of €0.20/kwh to be paid in addition
