The unit was amazing. Very clean. The rest of the neighborhood was like a frat house for the three days we were there. Tenants were setting off fire works outside the bedroom window, massive party above us until 3 am every night. I reached out to our host and was told “we don’t manage those units”. I never heard anything else. I used to own a condo in this neighborhood and ran into the same issue. When a tenant would reach out I would call the HOA and have them reach out to the owner of that unit.
