Here you can book an apartment on the 2nd floor of Haus Atlantic for your beach vacation—completely renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern style—that accommodates 1 to 3 people, with a maximum of 4 people under certain conditions.
The 35-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located right on the beachfront, about 50 meters behind the dike. The sandy beach is therefore just a few meters away.

A small hallway, which offers space for a coat rack and shoes, leads to the living and sleeping area.
Equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a fold-out sofa (1.35 x 1.90 m), the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The open-concept kitchen—which is also new and fully equipped—features a refrigerator, a double induction cooktop, and a microwave, as well as a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, an oven, and a dishwasher. A drip coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, also provided.
The bathroom features a rain shower and an illuminated mirror.
The fully glass-enclosed balcony, with a side view of the lake and cozy rattan seating, invites you to linger. This means the balcony can be used as a loggia even in cooler temperatures. On warm days, the glass panels can be fully slid open to enjoy the summer breeze.
Additional amenities include a swivel TV, free Wi-Fi, a stereo system, small board games, two travel guides, a fan, a hair dryer, binoculars, and a clothes rack.

Our Atlantic building is a multi-story structure with an elevator and several similar vacation apartments, some with direct or side views of the sea.
You can park your car in a designated parking space behind the building; for bicycles, there is a communal storage area and a lockable storage room with two designated spaces.
You also have free access to the building’s wellness area. In addition to the swimming pool, there is a sauna, a table tennis room, and a small fitness room.
For a fee, you can also use the washer and dryer in the common area.
The recreational facilities in the building are closed on Tuesdays for weekly cleaning and by 15.01-20.02. for annual maintenance.
You’ll also find a bike rental shop nearby.
You can also rent a beach chair right on the beach.

A guest fee (visitor’s tax) applies to your stay. This is a standard local fee set by the city of Cuxhaven, which we are required to pay in full to the city. In 2026 4,00, this amounts to €3.20 per person per night and must be paid directly to us in addition to the other charges.
It is therefore necessary to submit your registration information well in advance of your arrival so that we can issue the guest cards. Upon request, these can also be provided digitally.
Business-related stays are exempt from the fee; however, guest cards will not be issued in such cases.
Pets are not allowed!

A baby bed is available for use in our apartment.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. You can pick up the key to the apartment at any time via a key safe.
From November through the end of February, minor renovation work will be taking place in other apartments. During this time, there may be brief periods of noise disturbance.
