Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, on-site restaurant/breakfast, choice of foods at breakfast
check out time of 10:00 am is far too early.
Charging for left luggage for a couple of hours is unusual in my travel experience

The staff were very helpful with info and suggestions. And the location was very convenient for the station. Nice bathroom and great aircon.
The breakfast was ok (though by naples food quality standards, probably below average), but it doesn't seem to get restocked. Once something is out, didn't seem like it got replaced. And just the distance to things going on. Also there was no plug socket anywhere near my bed, which wasnt great.
All in all bit pricy for just easy station access.

Good location very close to main rail station (Napoli Centrale) and Garibaldi metro. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice for breakfast, better if you’re there early. Restaurant in hotel if you want to eat in ( was closed on Tuesday) with several restaurants nearby in Piazza Garibaldi offering similar menu options. Police and security staff being highly visible in the station and surrounding area was reassuring.
Before arrival was a little concerned that the hotel was sited back one street back from main thoroughfare but this was unnecessary (although we were never out after 21:30).
