Located on the first floor of a duplex house, accessible by a staircase, the Cocon is an independent accommodation. It has three bedrooms, a bright living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets. Fiber Wi-Fi allows you to work or relax.

BALCONY AND SWIMMING POOL
The private balcony offers a view of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally from May 2 to September 30 and is shared with guests staying in the ground-floor apartment when it is occupied. The garden is also shared. The private indoor hot tub is in the ground-floor apartment, L'Écrin Bohème, and is not included with Le Cocon.

FOR YOUR STAY
Parking on site. Bed linen and towels provided. Self-check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. Non-smoking accommodation; pets not allowed.

DISCOVER MONTÉLIMAR
The town centre, the SNCF train station, shops and the market can be reached in about five minutes by car. Access from the A7 motorway is convenient for a stopover on the road to the South or to explore the Drôme Provençale.
