Spacious and quiet

Location is in a quiet, local neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and buy groceries (I counted like 4 supermarkets). It's about a 25 minute walk to city center but also very close to the tram and bus stops, which are cheap and easy to use. For me, however, the highlight was the staff running the place. I had issues checking in when I arrived and with my shower; they were very quick to respond and very helpful no matter what time I wrote to them. In an age where owners / managers are more and more disconnected from the places they rent it was actually great to have a human being responding quickly and helping.

Some of the facilities in the apartments need a bit of love. Nothing major, but they could do with some repairs (drawers, showers) and a bit more cleaning by the housekeeping staff. They have two types of apartments, one is a bit older and they need more TLC. The newer apartments are a lot better.

The apartment / studio I got was great, very spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent. Nice room, great location. Free private parking, nice staff.
