El ruido de la calle

Location, style and helpful management

Not a biggie but a light blanket would have been appreciated

Great location

Had to pay if we drank the coffee, water or coke

We did not end up staying at the property. It all looked good and communication was good in the beginning. My response is below are just for people to know prior to their arrival so they don’t run into the same issues we did.

We reconnected with them prior to our arrival but when we google mapped the location, it looks like a vacant, boarded up building with graffiti all around it. It did not look like the picture listed. We tried getting in contact with them, but the response was delayed until the next day. We made other arrangements. We asked for a refund, but it was denied and that was OK, but we got charged more than the original price. I asked for a refund of that difference and they have not responded to my request. As far as I understand, it’s a new property and the Google maps has not been updated and they are very busy in the morning and cannot respond back till late afternoon or the next day.
