Breakfast was bad and crowded. Very noisy too.

Staff is not very nice. They refused to give us any semblance of a room until very late in the day. They were also mostly very rude and did not engage with us. Rooms are outdated and humid. The AC system is strange. The bed is not very comfortable. The shower system is nice. The whole room feels dirty. The bathroom is awful. Absolutely no counter space for anything. The toilet paper is cardboard. We ordered room service twice, once for dinner and another time for breakfast. Both came VERY late (breakfast almost didn’t come at all). Things were missing from the order. Everything was cold. A very subpar experience. The only thing that was nice was the windows in the room.
