Good location near Turia Park
Kitchen well equipped
Easy and simple self check in, without a key
We asked for a baby high chair, and we were asked for 25 EUR. (From Ikea, new is 18 EUR). We bought a used one for 5 EUR and left it as a present.
The floors and carpet were not very clean
Although it is mentioned that parking is not available, if you come by car, it will be very difficult to find a spot nearby (no lowering score for this, its not property’s fault)

Great facilities, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. The accommodation is in relative proximity to few bus stops, nearby there are supermarkets as well.
Moreover, there were few complimentary drinks and cookies left for us from the host.
Be aware that the apartment is located on the ground floor and the window in the kitchen is on the street but even though blurred, it might provoke a feeling of being exposed.
