The managers of this property, Humi and Nas, were exceptionally attentive and responsive in ensuring I had an enjoyable stay. I could not fault their customer service.
The backyard is lovely with big trees. I enjoyed relaxing on the verandah.
Very central location
I was very grateful for a full kitchen as I like to cook my own meals.
I did not like having a car parking spot right in front of my bedroom window. It meant I had to keep my curtains closed at all times to ensure my privacy.
The floorboards are a bit creaky.
The locking mechanism for the bedrooms plays a loud annoying tune.
I was not initially aware that this is effectively a share house. I was a bit disconcerted by this.
Fortunately the other guests were single people who were quiet and unobtrusive so I had a pleasant stay.
I would not want to stay when there was a group booking or a family with children, or even a noisy couple. I think, for the comfort of all, it is best suited to solo bookings or a group booking of the whole house.

Breakfast was not included. The overall facilities were excellent and very well maintained.
We were not aware that the two rooms we booked were in a shared house. As two ladies 80+ in years, it was rather confronting at first but it seemed to work out in the end. BUT, we strongly advise that when advertising this property that you stress, very clearly, that it is a shared house. Had we known about the four bedrooms we could have invited our other friends to stay with us as we were attending a conference. The verandah was nice but alas, the view of the property was very untidy. A lot could be done to maintain the grounds and we feel it would attract families more, with a huge area for kids to play.

Our room was very spacious & comfortable & decor was delightful. The bed was very comfortable & hearing good.
We did not understand it would be sharing bathroom facilities although we knew it was a shared house.
