My stay at Shanghai Haofeng Yazhi Hotel was absolutely excellent. I was especially impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Ms. Lily and Mr. Jay. Both were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The transportation services were also fantastic, including transfers from the airport to the hotel, shuttle services to the subway station, and transportation to Shanghai Disneyland. Everything was very convenient and well organized. I also really appreciated how well Ms. Lily and Mr. Jay spoke English, which made communication easy and comfortable. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I am truly impressed by both of them and very grateful for their kindness and assistance

Nothing to complain about! Everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Huge shout out to Lily who is surpassingly helpful. Be sure to message the hotel when you book and Lily can answer any questions as well as set up to sync the shuttle to your incoming flight. We love staying at local hotels and this one is a gem. Great breakfast, nice big room, friendly staff, super convenient shuttle to/from PVG, Disney, and Tangzhen station. Lots of nearby local restaurants. Easy 20-min walk to Tangzhen station or take the free hotel shuttle. Metro fare to Nanjing Rd is only 5CNY (~60¢).

El alojamiento muy bien, era cómodo, amplio y estaba limpio, el personal muy agradable siempre, algunos no sabían Inglés pero con el traductor siempre estaban dispuestos a darnos información. Un punto muy positivo desde nuestra parte es que aunque el hotel no esta cerca de nada interesante, tenía un servicio de bus hacia el metro cada hora, y cuando volvías de nuevo, te recogían en 5 min a la hora que fuese de manera gratuita. También tenía recogida en el aeropuerto, ida y vuelta totalmente gratuitos. Destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal y en nuestro caso el desayuno, que estaba muy completo. No tengo fotos porque la verdad es que las que aparecen aquí son fiables y se ve todo tal y como está. También tienen traslado a Disney y recogida dentro de sus servicios gratuitos. Desde nuestra parte que fuimos 5 en la familia todo perfecto.

El olor a tabaco, como digo nada exagerado y acostumbrado a España donde no se puede fumar nada en un hotel.
