West Plaza Pyramids Hotel

We had a good stay at West Plaza Pyramids and would recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient base to explore the pyramids. The location is excellent, with amazing views of the pyramids that really make the experience special. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great too! Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the hospitality. Overall, a lovely stay with friendly staff, a great breakfast and incredible pyramid views. With a little planning around drinks and excursions, it’s a great base for exploring Giza!

A couple of tips for future guests: we found it much cheaper to buy drinks and snacks from the shop across the road. For example, we were charged 100 EGP for a small bottle of water, whereas a large bottle cost just 20 EGP at the nearby shop! We would also recommend comparing tour prices online before booking through the hotel, as we found some better-value options elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant stay at West Plaza Pyramids Hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were comfortable and well maintained.

There was a small issue with the room during my stay, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, and everything was resolved without any problems.
