We loved the atmosphere of being on a farm and being a short walk away from feeding donkeys and alpacas. It was a very inviting space for our stay. Joanne was incredible and always available for any questions or needs. She went above and beyond and even sent recommendations for around the area. Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne's beautifully restored barn. It is spacious, comfortable, cosy and atmospheric, and clearly created with love and care. Absolutely recommend for anyone seeking a calm base near Derry in old-world surroundings with all the comforts of a modern home.

A fantastic restoration of an ancient barn building carefully made into a very comfortable 3 bedroom property ,large living room ,modern bathroom and fantastic kitchen diner.
Set adjacent to a golf course in beautiful countryside. With an amazing host.
