I understand that construction work was underway, and I acknowledge that this situation is beyond your control. My primary concern, however, pertains to the noise generated by the construction, particularly its operational hours. While the construction itself is not within your purview, had I been aware that it would be directly in front of the premises, I would have opted for an alternative location. Consequently, I was unable to utilize the balcony as intended.
