It was very large and suitable for a large group. The pool table , games room and the hot tub were a huge hit. The kitchen was well stocked and everywhere was really clean.

The space and amenities

The smoke from the fireplace did not seem to discharge externally properly so we found that it did fill up the sunroom/laundry area quite a bit

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Nothing

This place is incredible for big groups. We had 4 families stay and everyone had a bed (8 adults + 6 kids 8-16years). There is plenty of space for everyone to take some time out and large spaces for us to come together. The open fireplace was a beautiful spot for us to sit around and chat. The kids loved the games room upstairs to hang out in - it was a parent free zone for them! The pool table & outdoor spa were a treat too. The kitchen was well equiped and we cooked big meals for us all each night so it got a work out. Plenty of cups, plates & cutlery. There was enough hot water for us all each day which I was surprised by. The location is central to all the highlights that you'd want to visit in the Blue Mountains.
