Smoky Mtn Cabin · Hot Tub · Arcade · Pets OK

Pour something cold, put your feet up, and let the whole trip start right here on the covered deck. The sign says Relax and you will.
Step inside and look up. The ceiling climbs two full stories, the spiral stair pulls your eye, and your whole group can spread out without anyone feeling crowded.
Sink into the sofa the second you drop your bags. The kitchen is three steps behind you and the front door is right there for the next run to the car.
Cook a real meal instead of eating out every night. Full-size range, dishwasher and three seats at the island mean you are never cooking alone.
Set the groceries on the island and start dinner while you keep an eye on everyone in the next room. Sharp knives and real cookware are already here.

Über diese chalet dieses Ferienunterkunft

Steam curls off your private hot tub while the Smokies go dark behind the ridgeline. Somewhere inside a Pac-Man cabinet is beeping and somebody is losing badly. This is the easy version of a mountain trip: flat parking, two steps to the front door, zero white-knuckle switchbacks, and the dog rides shotgun. The Parkway sits one mile downhill. Dollywood is about twelve minutes. Everything else can wait until morning.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step inside and the ceiling opens up on you: vaulted pine, dark beams, a chandelier, and a spiral staircase twisting up to the loft. The great room is where everyone lands, around a stacked stone fireplace with the TV above it, a velvet sofa and two leather chairs facing in

The kitchen is open to all of it, so whoever cooks stays in the conversation: full-size range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sharp knives, and enough pots and pans to actually cook rather than reheat. The coffee bar is stocked and free, there is a dining table plus a window high-top, and a bottle of wine is waiting when you walk in.

Sleeping splits across three spaces so nobody draws the short straw:

- Bedroom 1, main floor: king bed, room-darkening shades, wall TV, dresser, and its own door out to the deck. Roll out of bed and into the hot tub without waking the house.
- Bedroom 2, main floor: queen bed, dresser, wall TV, and direct access to its own full bathroom. The quiet one.
- Upstairs loft: four twin beds under a sloped ceiling, plus the Pac-Man arcade cabinet, a neon ARCADE sign. The kids claim this room in ninety seconds and you will not see them again until somebody is hungry.

Two full baths and a half bath mean four adults get ready at once. Toiletries, hair dryer and towels are stocked, and the washer and dryer sends you home with clean clothes.

Outside, the covered deck does the heavy lifting: the private hot tub in its own slatted alcove, a cushioned sectional, rocking chairs, a gas grill, and a lit RELAX sign. Heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a workspace and board games round it out.

LOCATION AND WHAT IS NEARBY
You are one mile off the Parkway: close enough to be at dinner in five minutes, far enough up the hill that the noise stays down there. Approximate drive times:

- The Parkway, dinner shows, mini golf and shopping: 1 mile, 3 minutes
- Dolly Parton`s Stampede: 2 miles, 5 minutes
- Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud: 2 miles, 6 minutes
- The Island and the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel: 3 miles, 8 minutes
- Titanic Museum Attraction: 3 miles, 7 minutes
- WonderWorks: 3 miles, 8 minutes
- Dollywood: 5 miles, 12 to 15 minutes
- Downtown Gatlinburg, the SkyBridge and Anakeesta: 9 miles, 20 to 25 minutes
- Sugarlands Visitor Center, Great Smoky Mountains National Park: 12 miles, 25 minutes
- Cades Cove Loop: 35 miles, just over an hour

Groceries, a pharmacy and gas are five minutes away, and your booking includes a grocery delivery credit: $10 off orders over $50.

ONE HONEST NOTE: this is a brand-new cabin community and a few homes nearby are still being finished, so on weekdays you may hear crews during daylight hours and the grass is still filling in. Evenings are quiet, and we would rather you know now than be surprised. The construction is scheduled to be completed around the end of 2026.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Families doing Dollywood right: four twin beds upstairs, a king and a queen down, a real kitchen for breakfast before rope drop, and a hot tub for the evening everyone`s feet give out.

Dog people. Pets are genuinely welcome, not merely tolerated. The street is flat and easy to walk, though grass is still coming in.

Grandparents, and anyone who hates mountain roads. No hairpin turns, no gravel climb, flat parking, two steps to the door.

Two couples or a girls` trip. Both main-floor bedrooms have their own TVs, and 2.5 baths means nobody waits in a hallway.

Remote workers stretching a weekend. Fast Wi-Fi, a workspace and laundry make Thursday-to-Monday painless.

GUEST ACCESS
You have the entire cabin to yourself: every room, the covered deck, the private hot tub, the grill and the driveway. Nothing is shared and nobody lives on site. Check-in is self check-in with a keypad code any time after 4:00 PM, and your code and arrival instructions arrive well before your trip. John and co-host Thomas answer messages within the hour.

HOUSE RULES
None of this is meant to be strict; it just keeps the cabin great for the next family.

- Eight guests maximum, and the cabin genuinely sleeps eight.
- No parties, events, or extra overnight visitors.
- No smoking or vaping inside, and please keep smoking off the deck.
- Pets are welcome. Tell us how many and what size at booking, and keep them off the beds and furniture.
- The hot tub has no gate or lock, so children must be supervised at all times. No glass on the deck or in the tub.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. No chore list: start the dishwasher, drop towels in the tub, lock up and go.
