Welcome to Turtles' Paradise, a stunning beachfront retreat set within The Plantation on St. George Island. Designed for effortless coastal living, this 7-bedroom home blends comfort, space, and luxury across multiple levels, creating a setting where large families and groups can gather while still enjoying privacy, quiet moments, and sweeping Gulf views. First Floor
The first floor is devoted to peaceful rest and privacy, featuring 4 beautifully appointed bedroom suites. Three of these are king suites, each offering its own master bathroom with walk-in shower and private television, creating a hotel like experience within a private home. A fourth suite on this floor features a queen bed, its own TV, and a master bathroom with shower, making it ideal for couples or guests who prefer easy access without stairs.

Second Floor
The second floor brings together 2 more king suites, both designed as serene sanctuaries with private master bathrooms and direct access to the covered deck. These rooms invite you to step outside to breathe in the salt air before the day begins. (Note: Both bedrooms are located on the North side of the house.).

Third Floor
At the top floor, the home becomes a playful retreat for younger guests and relaxed hangout space for the whole group. A dedicated children's playroom features 2 twin beds, creating a fun and cozy sleep space, alongside a foosball table for endless entertainment. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, as well as a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and microwave—perfect for late-night snacks, movie nights, or casual gatherings without needing to go downstairs.

The main floor is where the home truly comes alive. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are wrapped in natural light and framed by expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for every type of stay, whether you're preparing quick beach breakfasts or full family dinners, and includes multiple coffee options for every preference. The dining space flows seamlessly into the living room, where plush seating, a large television, and inviting coastal design create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, game nights, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. Large windows and deck access ensure the beach is always part of your experience, even while indoors.

Outside, the property transforms into a private resort. A fenced pool offers sun-soaked relaxation, while a 6-person hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind under the stars. A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making spontaneous walks to the shoreline effortless. Turtles' Paradise is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, featuring elevator access between floors (maintenance permitting), covered parking, and a private community entrance. Guests also enjoy a generous beach and adventure gear credit, allowing bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more to be delivered directly to the home, eliminating the need for outside rentals or logistics. The home is completely allergy and pet free, creating a clean, comfortable environment for all guests.

Located within the exclusive Plantation community, guests enjoy access to one of the most sought-after gated neighborhoods on St. George Island. Scenic bike paths wind through natural landscapes, while tennis and pickleball courts provide active recreation just moments from your door.
