Melrose Hotel

Absolutely everything. Hands down the best place ive ever stayed in Blackpool 1. Absolutely wonderful friendly helpful staff , communication was perfect and Jefferson even helped us carry our luggage up to our rooms. Marisa was lovely to talk to and she even let us park my car outside even after check out so we could get breakfast in town before leaving. 2. Rooms 7 and 10 immaculate ! There wasnt a spec of dust anywhere ! Kettle looked brand new too. 3. The keyless entry to the hotel and rooms. Codes on doors instead So much better than worrying about losing keys when out and about 4. Extremely comfortable beds and room . Large mirrors provided , a comfy chair to sit and do make up , plug sockets in convenient place near mirror. Plenty of drawer and shelf space, lighting good 5. The ensuite! Glorious shower , again room sparkling clean and fresh , toilet flushed perfect , hot running water from sink , handwash and towels provided . 6. Being on top floor , there was a lovely view of the blackpool tower from my window in room 7 . 7. Parking just 10.00 a day directly at the front of the hotel. Better than paying over 30 elsewhere

Absolutely nothing I didnt like.

The lady who helped us with parking and was amazing with my little girl thank you

The stairs but we did know pre-booking so was okay

The location was perfect from the train station and into the town. The lady was lovely and was great with communication before we arrived. Extra pillows The keyless entry The late check out for the price was amazing.

Room 3 had bunk beds Double on the bottom single on the top we was a family 2 adults 1 child. Banged my head more than once. The toilet didnt flush 1s time. The towels where small (however did have my own) Only 2 plugs in the room and the kettle when in use had to be on the floor.

Marisa met us and helped us settle in and gave excellent advice on where to eat and what attractions were on in Blackpool during our stay.

The room was tired and could have had a lick of paint but the beds were super comfy and it was just a base!
