Beautiful, clean property with lots of space. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. They provided several small touches in the apartment and even showed us where to eat in Civitavecchia, taking the time to understand what we were looking for. This is a rarity in modern hospitality and I would recommend this property! Check in and out was a smooth process, excellent communication and it all worked like clockwork.

Location, value for money, well equiped and presented and ease of contacting host. Very quiet and peaceful.

The windows opened onto a common area so it was easier to leave them closed for the short time we spent in the apartment. This is a comment only and did not detract from our stay.

Perfect - Herman: The Perfect Start to our Celebrity Ascent Cruise! My wife Lezette and I stayed at Port Haven Suite 15-17 Sept before boarding Celebrity Ascent and it was absolutely perfect. We had the pleasure of meeting Gianny and his lovely wife - what a warm and wonderful couple! From excellent communication before arrival to helping us with luggage and showing us free parking right in front of the house, everything was effortless. The suite itself is spotless, very spacious and quiet - feels like a luxury hotel suite. Very comfy bed, large shower, powerful A/C and everything you need in the kitchen. Location is unbeatable - 5 mins walk to the port, we could literally see our ship Celebrity Ascent in the morning. Gianny even booked us a great seafood restaurant nearby and was available anytime on the phone. Easy check-in, calm, clean and perfect for cruise passengers. Highly recommended! Thank you both! He waited for us, helped with luggage, found us free parking directly in front of the house, and took the time to show us all the facilities. The apartment is generous in size, spotlessly clean, peaceful, with a super comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, and a large shower - everything was luxury quality. The location is perfect - a few steps and you are at the harbour. On the morning of the 17th, we walked out and saw our beautiful Celebrity Ascent waiting for us. Even after check-in they were available on the phone and arranged a reservation at a fantastic local seafood restaurant just 5 minutes away. We travel a lot, but rarely experience such genuine care and attention.

Port Haven Suite is the perfect place to stay before or after a cruise. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the port, and the apartment is clean, comfortable, and the perfect size. What truly made our stay special was our host, Gianny. His genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were staying with a friend rather than simply renting an apartment. He gave us a lovely tour of Civitavecchia, helped with our luggage before check-in, and even took us to the train station the next day. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
