Great location, comfy flat, and very well priced. Having a washing machine was very convenient as well.

I really liked the location as well as how easy was it to communicate with the host. All facilities needed were provided and the interior design remained modern Japanese despite being in the city centre. The apartment was close to various train stations including the Shinjuku one so communication was not a problem.
It was a bit small for a longer stay of three people especially with three big suitcases. Would be perfect for one or two people as the futon would not take so much of the space during most of the day. Otherwise the accommodation was comfortable and clean.
