We loved that beds were made up and towels were left for us. The bed was so comfortable and cosy we could've stayed in it! The owners were quick to help with great communication. We really enjoyed our stay!
We did have to wash up the plates, cutlery etc before we used it as the previous users hadn't left them clean and the cooker needs a deep clean but as we only stayed for a weekend it wasn't a big problem to us as we just ate out (if staying longer it would've been).

Caravan was clean and cozy, beds made up and fresh towels.
Some nice extra touches was fresh milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, and hot chocolate sachets.
A bit of loud music coming from another caravan on one of the nights.
