Well situated in Incline Village. Spacious,
nice fireplace and all bathrooms were redone and clean. Bedding was top notch and comfortable. Apple tv and viewing platforms was a plus!
A nice wrap around
porch was spacious but not useable due to pollen from pines covering everything. There is a pool on property but it was closed and locked in spite of key codes given. In June this is strange?? we were disappointed see photo. Fry pan missing from kitchen was remedied quickly by Avant staff. No property manager on site.
Addition of hiking maps and local menus for take out would
be a nice touch.

The space was great, Location and pricing was also Great. Pet friendly was why we booked.
The cleanliness needs a little more work. House was a little stuffy. lots of dust in some areas of the house. Made it feel muggy inside specially because of the hot weather. Maybe adding some Air Purifiers would help?
