Great location and very spacious.
Some dirty/stained linens, missing light bulbs, broken curtain/curtain rail. Showers could use a good deep clean. Also, conflicting info where to return keys to and instructions to take out garbage, but no indication where bins were located and city bins required a smart card to use. Tried phoning for info where to leave garbage and got no answer.

Perfect location ! Walking distance to everything.
The office staff were very helpful and allowed us early access to the apartment and booked a taxi back to the airport for us.
Apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds ,crisp sheets and soft towels.
Air conditioning was only in living area and master bedroom . This was not fully explained , property description just said 'air conditioned' and it was very hot at night.
Also there were no mirrors in bedrooms 2 or 3.
I think you should show a proper photo of the balcony area so it is clear you can't really sit outside.
More wine glasses are needed.
