The hotel was nice the staff was nice as well very pleasant. People complain about the alley way entrance but it's busy on the street, so I get it. It's not a dark alley.

Plus points:-
(1). Hotel's location is very good, plenty of Indian grocery shops and Indian cuisine restaurants nearby.
(2). Hotel rate very reasonable if compared to other hotels nearby.
(3). The reception team was very helpful.
Minus points:-
(1). Rooms need upgradation, are a bit outdated. For instance must change the old model AC, change old model TV and replace with a smart one, etc.
(2). Cleaning was done everyday afternoon hours, but the weird thing is that only washroom was being cleaned, rooms were kept untouched, this looked a bit weird and funny!
