Molto, molto carino. Tutto praticamente nuovo. Macchinetta del caffè con anche le cialde. Ottima dotazione e birre in frigo. Letto comodo. Doccia spaziale.

Il lavandino in bagno ha solo l'acqua fredda però c'è un secondo lavabo in sala con anche l'acqua calda. Non c'è la TV ma a me non manca proprio.

Solln was a great area

No exhaust for the stove which made the property smell whenever we ate, no fans or A/C during the heatwave which made the property very hot.

Kein TV

Everything about this apartment was simply wonderful. Birgit and Volker have created a truly special place. The design is stylish yet cosy, with beautiful details like the Edison pendant lights, the warm wooden countertops, and the charming herb garden terrace right outside the door. The welcome gifts of chocolate and beer were such a thoughtful touch. The location in Solln is quiet, green, and feels very authentic, far from the tourist bustle but well connected. The check-in instructions were crystal clear and the communication with the hosts was warm and prompt throughout. A real home away from home.

Nothing at all. Every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations.
