Comfy bed, everything clean, nice rooftop patio, felt secure, decent ahower
Overly complicated check in where we had to email them copies of our ID??
Very bare basic room, could have used a chair in there to sit at the desk

Great location to access the main markets and downtown close enough. There's a lot of good places to eat and bars nearby, you can walk up to Medieval Times and the lake shore. Female only rooms feel a lot safer and I made a lot of friends while staying here. Showers and shared spaces were clean. The beds were a lot more comfortable than I expected.
Everything is an extra: you have to rent towels. Wifi was not very fast, and there was only one common area with the kitchen, sofas and reception, no private space to take calls or use the computer if you need to work and make noise. The lockers are veeery small, barely fit a tablet, some cash and maybe a fanny pack.

"Spacious, they gave me a lower bed without any discussion. Very clean and well maintained property."
