We had a lovely short stay in Madinah. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful and both check in check out were seamless. The complimentary shuttle for prayer times was much appreciated, dropping us along King Fahd Road, followed by a pleasant 7 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. Although the hotel was a little tucked away due to roadblocks, it was only a minor and overall was a comfortable and meaningful stay 🤍

The room is good soft beds. The front desk staff is very nice and polite
House keeping is non-existent. I checked in on 14th Oct and checked out on 18th Oct. Not even once the room was clean, bedsheets were changed, fresh towels were given, no water or tea bar supplies or toiletries. I asked them three days in a room but they did not clean it. I was very disappointed that everything was good, how much would had costed to clean a room.
