The villa is quite big and spacious in a great location - quieter street but still close to the main area and beach. Inside gated complex. The layout was good with kitchen facilities and fridge. Water cooler worked well, we had ice cold water for our stay. Pool area was lovely. Airconditioning was lovely and cold in all rooms. The staff were very kind, responsive and helpful.
The garden was not well maintained - many plants not getting any water and dead. The lawn patch very overgrown. 2 of the rooms smelled of mould/water damp & the smell didn't ease after being opened and having diffusers going. We only stayed 4 days and went out a lot in the end. The bathroom in 1 bedroom was pretty small and noisy ceiling fan. Bathtub didn't have a plug which they did replace, but upon closer inspection wasn't in good condition - so didn't get to use - which is one of the reasons we picked the villa to have a bath.
