Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, credo appena ristrutturato. Host gentilissimi e molto disponibili

Everything was so clean!

Nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and quiet – it has everything you need during a multi-day city trip to Bologna. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also a very useful bonus, especially for a longer stay. The neighborhood feels peaceful and safe. There is a kiosk, local cafés and restaurants, as well as a Conad supermarket, all within just a few minutes’ walk. The location is also very convenient for getting into the city by bus: the bus stop for bus no. 20 is about a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop for the return journey is practically right in front of the apartment. Communication with the host was excellent throughout – always friendly, helpful and very quick. The key handover was perfectly on time and very straightforward. All in all, we had a great stay and would happily choose this apartment again for our next visit to Bologna. Highly recommended!

The apartment has no own parking lot, but you find always a blue marked slot in front of the house. from 8:00 to 18:00 o’clock 1,80€/hour or 9,00€/day.

The Apartment had a very helpfull AC and good facilities! The contact is very nice and easy! There are a few Bus stations near by!
