Good value for money — you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. Everything works, although some things show signs of wear. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mohamed Ashraf for the fantastic breakfasts! It’s a shame we didn’t get to try his dinner. And yes, the pyramid view is real — no AI or Photoshop involved!

Late arrivals are not guaranteed, even if you contact the property and confirm your arrival time on the same day. Upon arrival, we were told that our booked room was unavailable and were offered a supposedly “better” apartment at a nearby hotel. In reality, the alternative accommodation was significantly worse than what we had originally booked. After some discussion, we agreed to spend one night there and move to our originally booked property the following day. Meanwhile, the property cancelled our reservation on Booking.com, despite us having arrived and accepted the temporary arrangement. No discount, refund, or other compensation was offered for the inconvenience, the inferior accommodation, or the disruption to our stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering that we had communicated our late arrival in advance.
