Eveything was brilliant room was clean bar was good food was good

Could of had something on entmaint apart from that it was really good

Jay was an absolute diamond, very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue where we couldn't get the tv in our room to work, but within 10 minutes Jay bought us a replacement. The free welcome drink was a nice touch as was a BOGOF offer on draught beers. The room, although the decor was slightly dated, was clean, warm and comfortable. A cot was available for our Grandson and we were able to leave our car on the car park for a final stroll around Blackpool after we had checked out. Thank you Jay .

A lot of stairs, but I am getting old !!

Good location on the sea front. Free drink when check in. Good breakfast. I will recommend everyone, first choice for Blackpool trips.

Location good for access to South Pier and Central Pier areas. Comfortable bed, clean room and ensure. Felt safe and welcomed.

No heating in room so we were a little bit cold going to bed but we still slept well. No hot water for the shower. Evening entertainment was too loud for too long when we wanted to go to bed at 10pm, it was noisy till 11pm.
