Tranquil environment, good for city escape. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds and private mini-gardens outside the rooms. The breakfast was delicious.
The pool ( main reason why I chose the place) was not available for use during our stay. My family and I only found out about this after we had booked, and by then it was too late to find another place because the booking was non-refundable.

Breakfast venue is the The Garden Venue, it was not convenient to experience traffic on your way to breakfast. Very weird arrangement. A bar fridge and microwave in the room would be great since there’s no dining/kitchen area.
Security needs to be at the gate, we hooted for a while for him to open. It’s not safe for ladies to be kept waiting at the gate.

The natural feel, plants, flowers trees, garden scene makes it beautiful. The breakfast and staff are amazing.
The electricity was tripping in our room and the wifi is not strong in the rooms making working remotely a problem. Please improve the above asap.
