The Encore Hotel Nakuru

The staff were very helpful and friendly, made a great effort for a birthday celebration and paid close attention to detail

Whilst we were there for a soft launch, I do hope more effort is made with the food, there were several dishes that were poor quality, food was undercooked, in particular the sports bar menu dishes, the breakfast service was very good

✨ Encore Hotel — truly an experience out of this world. ✨ From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for something special. The warmth of the reception, the impeccable service, the beautiful ambience, and the attention to detail made the entire stay feel absolutely exquisite. Every little thing, from check-in to the comfort of the hotel, the hospitality, and finally check-out, was handled with such grace and excellence. It wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience. 🤍 Encore has this beautiful way of making you feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. The kind of place where you find yourself wishing you had booked a few more nights. 🥹✨ Absolutely exquisite from beginning to end. Encore Hotel, you’ve set the bar high. ❤️

The staff were unbelievably friendly. The rooms were spacious and even had a clothes steamer.
