Downstairs features a full secondary living area that is great for extended families. With Southern Shores Civic Association privileges, you have the opportunity to see another side of the Outer Banks on the Albemarle Sound. Visit one of the three different marinas with boat launching access or simply go to view the sunset. Additional SSCA amenities include beach parking passes, tennis and pickleball courts, soccer, basketball and playground.

Nice property overall for the price. Really needs better beds. Could have used more towels! Pool was great!
