The house has two heights forming a total area of 150 m built on a plot of 45,000m located 2 km from San Carlos, 1 km from Es Cana and 2 from Santa Eulalia.

This is a lovely private and very pretty villa close to Beaches, good restaurants and amenities with a car. Would go back tomorrow and do it all again. Thanks to Maria and family.

Beautiful accommodation and peaceful location. Ideal for a perfect break. We were six adults and all want to return ASAP. Could do with a kettle - only thing we missed.

Charming house, well located in a quiet area with a swimming pool in a lovely well-maintained surrounding garden flanked by big trees. Very nice and responsive host. We had an issue with the water heater system once and Maria was there in 30 mins and fixed the problem. Perfect for a family. The outdoor dining area with its large table is perfect and conveniently located next to the kitchen. The house is fully equipped and the bathrooms, beds, etc are of top quality.
5 to 15 mins drive from many nice beaches (Llenya, Boix, Sant Vincent...) and 5 mins to Sant Carles de Peralta.
