Fish, swim, clam, or spend some time at the end of the pier, where built-in seating and a table create your own waterfront hangout. Back on shore, a picnic table, lower deck, and covered sitting area offer even more ways to enjoy the setting.

A spacious screened porch stretches across the back of the main level, with direct access from the living area and two bedrooms.
Sound views fill the main living space, while the porch gives everyone room to enjoy coffee, meals, conversation, or a quiet afternoon without giving up the waterfront scenery.
