• A starter set of essentials is provided for your convenience, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. Please note that these items are intended to get you started and may not last the duration of your stay.
• The owners also maintain a few locked storage areas within the condo used for personal items (closet in primary bedroom, closet in hall, and locked cabinet in 2nd bedroom).
HVAC Disclaimer: The thermostat is set within a standard temperature range (68–78) to ensure consistent comfort and prevent system issues. For best performance, please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
Additional HOA Guidelines
• Parking: 2 passes provided (HOA limit); garage height limit 6 ft 9 in
• Pest Control Dates for 2026 are: April 8, July 8, and October 14.
Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer:
While the pool and hot tub are typically available, access is managed by the HOA and may occasionally be affected by maintenance. We will always communicate any known closures in advance. No refunds will be given if Pool or Hot Tub is not available during your stay if closed by HOA for any reason.
HOA has a strict NO GLASS in the POOL / HOT TUB AREA. Having glass in this area can cause the pool to be shutdown and HOA can issue fines or cancel rental reservations for repeat offenders of this rule.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this property! It was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach.The elevators were fast, parking was convenient, and even simple things like taking out the trash were easy. We especially loved the spacious porch with plenty of comfortable seating, and ending our afternoons by the pool was the perfect way to relax.The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We were all so impressed and would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was a perfect choice for my annual beach trip with my elderly dad. He has Parkinson's and this condo was easy for him to navigate, included a safe walk-in shower and the view from the living room was so spectacular that he stayed in the comfort of the air conditioning most of the time. Some of my favorite things about this place - beautifully furnished and decorated (peaceful and whimsical decor blended for a fun but restful atmosphere), well-appointed coffee bar and kitchen, exceptionally clean throughout, comfortable beds and bedding, more than ample storage, thoughtful toiletries provided, bedroom electrical cords accommodated phones and other devices, comfortable furniture that fit the rooms, tv was easy to operate, sliding glass doors that opened and closed smoothly, great balcony setup that was safe and perfect for watching the ocean, very convenient key-pad entry, elevators were quick and always operational, steps from the beach with a great walkway that stayed clear and was easily navigated, very friendly residents and guests made us feel welcomed, parking was easy and the building entryway made us feel safe. Ocean Drive was a wonderful, family friendly location and convenient to everything we needed. The beach was not overcrowded and renting an umbrella and chairs from North Beach Realty was easy. We truly enjoyed this condo and I can't wait to book our stay next summer!
