Enjoyed the house nd it was a great location.

Great place! Would stay again.

The place was PERFECT for 3 couples & 3 children (ages 8, 13, & 15). House was clean and the different “spaces” you could hangout both in & outdoors was great. Location for a Weeki adventure is ideal - we paddled from the Spring right to the house. We also used the property kayaks to paddle around the property - worked real well. From the kitchen amenities to the slide and floats, we didn’t want for anything. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to find this home on short notice, and the host was incredibly responsive, answering our questions the night before we booked for a next-day arrival. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. The property feels very safe, private, and secluded while still being easy to access. One of the highlights was the wildlife—we honestly lost count of how many manatees we saw during our stay! The house itself has a great layout and was perfect for our family. The huge screened-in patio was a game changer on buggy evenings, allowing us to enjoy being outside without worrying about the insects. The kids had an absolute blast with the kayaks and water mats, and we really appreciated being able to bring our mini goldendoodle along. She even took her very first kayak ride during the trip!Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway. We would happily stay here again.
