Make your way up to the first floor, galleried level of the property to discover the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. One end of this space, which has sloping ceilings, has been arranged as a lounge, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the other is home to the lovely kitchen/diner. Here you can prepare heaps of delicious Norfolk produce and set the table for feasts with your extended family or party of friends. Dine in the sunshine on the patio and play games with the children on the lawn. Gaze up at the huge Norfolk skies on clear nights as you chat together over drinks. Well positioned for walking or cycling the 26-mile Marriott’s Way, which passes through the village, it is just 12.5 miles from historic Norwich and 16.5 miles from the coast at Cromer. Visit the National Trust’s splendid Jacobean mansion Blickling Hall, 6 miles away. Walk through acres of parkland here and enjoy the lakes. Felbrigg Hall, 15 miles away also makes a superb excursion.
