Thanks to the home’s elevation of 2,100 feet, refreshing mountain breezes and ceiling fans throughout keep the house naturally cool, without the need for air conditioning.

Casa Alegre is ideally located just one hour from San José Airport and about 45 minutes from the Pacific and Jacó Beach. Year-round temperatures range from about 75–85°F during the day and drop to the comfortable high-60s at night.
