Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:
The main level features a spacious primary suite with a large private bathroom, walk-in shower, and 65-inch smart TV. A second bedroom on this floor includes a 55-inch TV and access to a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms. Two guest rooms each offer private bathrooms with walk-in showers and 55-inch TVs. A second primary-style bedroom includes a 55-inch TV and convenient access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is perfect for kids or teens, featuring a gaming area, seating space, and a 55-inch TV, with hallway access to a shared bathroom.
With generous living spaces, modern updates, and a prime location close to the beach, this home is the perfect setting for creating unforgettable vacation memories.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a five-day minimum to heat the pool.
Other Things to Note:
If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.
Cost of the passes if you got lost:
1 DAY/0 NIGHTS - $0
1-2 NIGHTS - $20
3-7 NIGHTS - $35
8-14 NIGHTS - $50
15-30 NIGHTS - $75
31-180 NIGHTS - $100
For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.
Please note that pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee. Kindly contact us for the exact pricing.
Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.

house was nice, but the furniture was a bit dated. Small tears in living room sofa, dining room chairs were creaky (I expect one or more to break soon when someone sits on it).Also one bedroom (second floor) was unusable due to heat (AC on everywhere but that room, which had warm air blowing through the vent).

We were on a family beach trip with four families total and this house was great! The bedrooms were bigger than expected and the individual spaces were awesome. The pool and backyard were exactly as pictured and the pool was wonderful. Living spaces were comfortable and big for our needs. The only thing I would tell future guests, the house was a little ways from the beach itself. However, the Palmetto Dunes amenities were awesome!

This house was fantastic! It was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for all adults and children. The pool was so nice, and was spacious for our whole family. No complaints on the house, you will love it. The location of the house from the beach was about a 10 min bike ride to public access. No bathroom can be a problem. That's on palmetto dunes. I would recommend this house to others and have. I would stay here again.

Great house with plenty of room for a large family gathering. The house inside was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and plenty of seating for everyone. The furniture outside were not clean, the BBQ broken (which they fixed while we were there, but still very rusty), no outside cushions which are needed for metal chairs. The house has other small maintenance issues (doors, drawers, lights) which are not hard to fix. They were mentioned in other reviews and you would expect someone to pay attention to reviews. The garage has a code which we never received, so could not use it. It does not have any beach chairs, umbrellas, hair dryers, which you would expect from an upscale place like this. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the location is perfect with 10 min walk to beach and easy bike ride to tennis and golf.
