The mixologist of the group can use the downstairs, outdoor kitchen to whip up some boat drinks, and you can challenge them to a game of pool when they're done. Want to spend the day on the boat? No problem - you've got that private dock. Bring home your catch and clean it on the fish-cleaning table, or take one of the home's available 2 kayaks for a spin. When it's time to call it a night, settle in back upstairs on the comfy couch and flip on the TV - or head back out to that deck and enjoy the view.

Please note that the boat ramp is not available for guest use. Due to the natural water flow and location of the ramp, sargassum regularly collects in this area and should be expected during your stay.
