The master bedroom offers a luxurious super king size bed and a Smart TV, along with a full bathroom conveniently located just next door. The second bedroom can be arranged as either twin beds or a super king size bed, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together and benefits from its own en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers. Please note that there is no WC on the ground floor.

While parking is not provided, the property’s excellent central location means a car is rarely necessary. York Train Station is nearby and several paid parking options are available within easy walking distance.
