We are a family of 5 with 3 kids. This unit worked perfectly for us - had a bedroom with king bed plus a single. The living area had a very large pullout (queen or king sized). The decorating was very tasteful. The place was super clean. The kitchen is small but functional. The location is directly across from the train station so getting into Venice was super simple. The trains leave every 5 mins and it was about 10-15mins on the train. I would absolutely stay here again.
There was a bit of a delay when texting with the owner so it took about 15-20 mins to actually get into the unit.

Overall good stay if you want to save couple $. Right next to the train station. 10 min by train to Venice. Very convenient.
