Welcome to your **5th-floor oceanfront retreat at Boardwalk Beach Resort**, ideally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This comfortable 1-bedroom condo features beautiful Ocean views from a private balcony and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two queen beds.

Start your morning with coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves, then enjoy the beach or resort amenities. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, plus a dedicated workspace and TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo, resort amenities, and parking for up to two vehicles. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools.

Parking is unassigned. Handicap spaces are available with the appropriate permit. Trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, boats, and campers are not permitted.

**Easy Check-In:** Keyless entry with a private door code provided before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

House Rules & Important Information

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Pets or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large group gatherings are not permitted such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Additional Charges: Additional fees and taxes may apply.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA strictly prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, Motorcycles and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your vehicle as unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

No Daily Housekeeping: A starter supply of essentials and fresh linens is provided.

Pest Control: Monthly pest control is performed; occasional sightings may occur.

Bed Bug Policy: No history of bed bugs. False claims will result in inspection fees charged to the guest and can result in legal action.

Pool & Parking Items: Parking passes and pool bands are located in the unit. Please return them prior to leaving to avoid being charged for them.
