La Casa di Simone is a 97-square-meter dammuso located in Palazzolo Acreide. The property spans two levels—the first floor and the first floor—and features three separate entrances. The building dates back to the late 18th century and was originally built as a stable with feeding troughs for donkeys; the space was later renovated and converted into a residence that preserves the original layout and masonry from that era.

The interior is designed to accommodate up to 3 people and includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is functional and equipped with a shower stall. The rooms retain the charm of exposed stone and the vaulted ceilings typical of dammusi, offering a spacious and well-distributed layout.

Its location in Palazzolo Acreide allows guests to immerse themselves in local history, just a short walk from the town’s main architectural sites and amenities. It is an ideal choice for those seeking authentic accommodations rooted in Sicilian rural tradition, set in a perfectly preserved late 18th-century historic setting.
